The product is exactly what I expected as a replacement. The kit came on a golf cart that I purchased and I knew very little about it. I did not know which part number that I needed to order. After speaking with customer service and then a technician, she informed me of the part required. Installation was simple, it took about 10 minutes. The best part was dealing with people that actually care and take the time to make sure that you get the correct part. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and they would be the only company from which I would purchase a golf cart lift kit. Keep up the good work!!!
