A: Special/Custom orders cannot be returned.
Q: How much time do I have to return my order?
A: All returnable items have a 30-day return policy.
Q: Why haven't I received my long travel lift kit yet?
A: All long travel lift kits are built from scratch when you place your order to ensure that it arrives in mint condition. Because of this, we ask for an additional two weeks before delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
