Installation was a breeze, probably the easiest lift I've ever installed. In fact, removing the existing lift was more difficult. The ride was very surprising as I use this cart for hunting in Alabama. It handles the rough terrain with ease all while providing a smooth ride. I also must say customer service is quite remarkable. Very nice and easy to communicate with and show a true interest in solving any issues you may have.
